I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who is committed to helping women learn to overcome self-sabotage, codependency, and thinking distortions that negatively impact daily functioning and interpersonal relationships. I'm also trained in Mindfulness therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), through an approved EMDRIA training provider. My therapeutic work focuses on utilizing evidence based approaches to help you meet your treatment goals. Many of my approaches can help alleviate ingrained negative thought patterns that often times attribute to depression, anxiety, and stress in general.
